In neuroscience, it's 'we before me'. That is, our earlier relationships shape our sense of trust, identity and even mindset. In short, our early relationships are largely out of our control yet they shape who we are.
It's also difficult to move our mindset. Think New Year resolutions. By the time we're 35 years old, it's estimated that 95% of our brain has been hardwired and tends to run on auto-pilot. For these reasons you'll learn about the hero's journey and the latest neuroscience principles to help change yourself inside-out.
"Life Cafe changed my life" - Karen
Our story runs, and often ruins, our life. We typically run on auto-pilot with a well worn story that is often out-of-date and in need of revision.
Explore the 3 minds: chaotic, contemplative and compassionate and learn ways to move out of chaotic mind.
Also, find ways to revisit and reshape your life story, infusing it with fresh meaning and purpose.
"It helped me to better understand myself and accept myself; allowing me to re-assimilate into life" - Andrew
