Traditional mental health tends to focus on problems and alleviating symptoms – diagnose it, distract it or drug it. However, what if something's not wrong with us but right with us for feeling this way? What if the disturbance is a signal to take our life to the next level and go on a journey of discovery?
In this 10-hour Workshop (5 weeks x 2-hours) we look at the brain inside-out, and use the power of neuroplasticity and enriched environments to help create a healthy mind.
We also deep dive into the BIG 5 existential issues (Identity, Isolation, Death Anxiety, Freedom, Meaning), and learn the key elements of positive psychology and shadow work.

Life is an adventure to be lived, not a problem to be solved. Life Cafe reframes mental health as a tension or gap between who we are and what we can become. This gap does not magically ‘get filled’. We have to ‘choose’ to take ownership of our life and move!
In this 10-hour Workshop (5 weeks x 2-hours) we continue to explore what it means to become the captain of your mind & soul by quieting your ego. You'll learn practical ways to boost your wellbeing, build better routines and deepen your relationships.
Note: You'll need to complete Healthy Minds 1 before enrolling in Healthy Minds 2.
