Fun fact, psychology means 'study of the soul'. Although we don't know what the soul is exactly, it has something to do with life purpose and meaning.
Meaning isn't an app - it's a mindset! Learn to move your mindset and be the captain of your mind & soul. Become a Community Connector and impact a lonely world!
Our Government-funded Soul Talk Project is free for adults 18-64 years (not receiving NDIS or My Aged Care). We meet for 1-hour a week over 30 weeks (3 x 10-hour topics, 1 topic a school term). We usually watch a weekly video clip, have a Soul Talk session & apply a skill to put into practice.
“The Soul Talk Project is unreal” - John
"It was so informative and taught lots about problems in society but knowing problems can be solved through gentle encouragement, affirmation and caring for individuals."
– Karen
Life always has a way of asking simple questions that demand honest answers. For example, What's my life all about? What's my place in the world? Who's my tribe? How can I make a difference?
When the realisation of the lack of meaning AND real relationships in our life is so deep, it is at that point our soul screams for change! Swipe left, scroll right, but where’s the soul-search button?
Community Connectors are simply skilled friends who have completed all 3 Mind & Soul Workshops. They are trained in soul talk to make an impact a lonely world
(see newspaper article below).
"I've learnt to accept that people have their own choices and don't judge. Don't push my own barrow." – Andrew
"Yes, I've stepped into a volunteer work and work experience and the paid gig." – Janice
